- BC or BE, Urology Physician
- Start: March 9th (ongoing)
- Schedule: 24 hr call
- Inpatient & Outpatient: 6 IP beds and IP clinic
- Patient volume: 20 per shift 10-20 phone consults
- EMR: Cerner
- Provider must prescribe
- IN CSR
- Credentialing: clean file 2 weeks or 30-60 days
