Job Description
- DDS
- Start: Immediately Upon Credentialing and Security Clearance
- Dates: 3 Months from Start Date - Possibility of Extension
- LOA: 50-60
- Schedule: Monday - Friday - (8.5 hr. Shift, includes 30 min lunch break)
- No call schedule
- Outpatient Clinic Setting w/in the Prison (10-12 PPD)
- Staff: Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist, & Possibly Dentist (Depends on Staffing)
- EMR: Pearl
- Collaborating physician in place
- Provider must prescribe
- DEA, BLS, Covid Vaccination
- Experience: Corrections preferred
- 14-20 day credentialing
