Emergency Medicine Physician - northeastern Oklahoma - 113875
Requires active OK license
Travel: Travel Included
outpatient services, as well as a full-service emergency room.
ABEM, AOBEM, must be EM boarded
Does the Provider need to prescribe? Yes
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, & COVID Vaccination
Background Experience: EM experience - hospital setting
Credentialing Requirements/Timeframe 3-4 months
Start Date: March 2023
Dates: 6 - 12 months or longer
LOA (# of days worked): Ongoing
Work Schedule: 12hr shifts - Need minimum of 5-7 shifts a month
EMR: Epic
