- JOB INFORMATION:
- Total Number of FTE’ s needed? 1.0 – need ~12 shifts per month
- Presentation Instructions, Detailed Process, and Timeline: PH presentation form, CV, documentation of any background
- EMR: EPIC – must be proficient
- Coverage Dates (Specific, long term only): July target start; need expected to last 6+ months
- Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 9a-9p, 9p-9a; schedule is variable
- Type of Patients/Cases: all ages, primarily adult
- Patients per Day/Volume: 20; approx. 9k annual volume
- Responsible of Mid-Level Providers: no ◊ Back up Specialties to EM Department: all specialties available with Sacred Heart 1.5 hours away as needed

- REQUIREMENTS:
- What is the minimum length of commitment requirement? Minimum number of shifts required per month? 4-6

- Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.): ACLS, PALS, ATLS
