Job Description
- Family Medicine
- Start: 2/15 (ongoing)
- EMR: Epic
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8: 00-5: 00 schedule
- 100% Outpatient clinical responsibilities
- Family Medicine Department of 26 physicians, 36 Family Medicine Residents and 8 APPs
- Ability to care for a broad spectrum of patients (infants to geriatrics)
- Primary care services to include health maintenance, chronic and acute care of all age ranges (newborn, pediatric, adult, geriatric)
- Avg daily visits: 20-30
- Provider must have ACLS and BCLS certifications
- Required procedures: I&D, joint injections, trigger point injections, and cryotherapy
