Job Description
BC/BE Family Medicine needed in Oregon (no call schedule)
- Start: As soon as credentialed (November likely)
- Dates: Full time (6 months ongoing)
- LOA: Full time (4 or 5 days per week) – No weekends
- Schedule: 7: 30-5: 30 Monday-Thursday and 7: 30-4 on Fridays
- No call schedule
- Outpatient (2 patients per hour)
- Staff: MD, APP and support staff

Collaborating physician in place

BC, BE & BLS
Prefer someone strong and experienced in FM/IM

30-60 day credentialing with clean file
