Job Description

MD/DO – Family Medicine preferred – Internal Medicine is ok
Dates: May 22nd - December 2023 preferred (Minimum of 3-month commitment required)
LOA: Full time Mon – Fri
Schedule: 8am - 5pm
No call schedule
Outpatient (20-22 patients per day - 20 minute patient visits)
Staff: MDs/Midlevels and MA support
EMR: EPIC – must be proficient
Will engage in video and tele PC visits about 30% of time. Will be issued appropriate equipment
Cross coverage support for Beaverton physicians - same day appointments, panel coverage for physicians on vacation
MA support for all F2F visits
Collaborating physician in place
Provider must prescribe
OR CSR, BE, & BLS
Must have a minimum of 2 years clinical experience in family/internal medicine – majority of patients are 18+ and Geriatrics – PEDS are usually covered by the PEDS physicians
60-90 day credentialing
