Job Description
- NP/PA - FM, GP - Outpatient Clinic Setting in the Prison
- Start: Immediately upon completion of credentialing
- Dates: Ongoing
- Schedule: Mon - Fri w/ 8hr. Shifts or the provider can work 4 days a week 10hrs
- No call schedule
- Outpatient clinic setting within the prison (15-18 ppd)
- Staff: Varies unit to unit depending on staffing - LVN, PCT, RN, Dentist, MD/DO on the unit and or available by phone
- ACLS; BLS; COVID Vaccination
- Collaborating physician in place
- Provider must prescribe
- Background: Family Medicine
- EMR: TBD
- Credentialing: 15 - 30 days (depends on security clearance)
