Job Description

- Unit Setting: Consult Liaison
- Patient volume per shift: 6-8/px per 8 hour shift
- Rates: up to $180/hour for W2.

- Requirements:
- Certifications: BC/BE Consult Liaison or Psychosomatic Medicine
- Years of experience needed in C/L to be considered – They would consider a candidate right out of fellowship if they have a CL fellowship. CL fellowship required or extensive CL training
- Schedule
- 32-40 hours a week
- 7 on 7 off/5 on 5 off options
- Minimum of 15 shifts a month to be considered for this opportunity
- Shift times - 8a-4/5pm (however would be willing to explore flexible schedules if a good match)
What is the Job Setting?
- Hospital Based – Reputable health systems
- Consult Liaison – Med-Surg Floor. / Emergency Room
- 60-min consults & 30-min follow-ups
- Physicians Not prescribing but “ recommending”
What is the job schedule?
- They run 365 days a year and 24/7.
- The providers can schedule at their own preference 90 days out
- They have both Days, Evenings, Overnight shifts available.
- Part Time & Full Time hours available
- Schedules such as: 7 on 7 off, 5 on 5 off, weekends only, overnights only available.
The Shifts that run 7 days a week, 365 days a year are
- 8am - 6pm (10hrs)
- 8am - 4pm (8hrs)
- 3pm - 11pm (8hrs)
- 10pm - 8am (10hrs)
Requirements Needed?
- Providers Need to be Board Certified. (Providers Board Certified in Consult Liaison / Psychosomatic / C/A is a plus)
- Obtaining a IMLCC.
- Min shift commit of 6-8 shifts.
