LOA: 30 shifts a month
Schedule: M-Sun | 7p-7a (No call)
AVG Census: 70 Inpatient
AVG Admissions: 5-7 per night
AVG Consults: 1-3
EMR: eRecord - Powerchart
Patient Mix: 4% cardio, 90% Medical, 3% Neuro, 3% Surgical
Staff: APP/Mid-Level Coverage not available
Provider Will Not Work Solo
DEA, BC/BE, ACLS, BLS, Stroke Certified
1 year exp
Typical cases seen: CHF, COPD, DKA, Cellulitis, UTI' s, pneumonia, A-fib, sepsis, chest pain, CVA, TIA, Resp. Failure
60-90 day credentialing
Typical day: Nocturnist covers all patients at Northwest - admissions, codes, ICU, consults for Rehab, Behavioral Health, surgical, ortho.
Open ICU
PM Rounding, Will Respond to Codes, Will Provide Coverage for Transitional Care, Rehab and Behavioral Health Unit
