Job Description

Hospitalist APP (NP/PA)
Start: July 2023 (ongoing need)
Shifts per month: 10-14
Schedule: Mon-Sun | 7p-7a
Provider Will Not Work Solo
No state specific CSR
ACLS, CPR, BLS, DEA
Procedures: Not required, but if skilled can do Central Lines and Intubation
3-4 month credentialing
Inpatient (Average 65-70 Across Coverage of 8-Bed ICU per night)
Patient Mix: 100% Adult
AVG Admissions per Night: 8 - 10
AVG Consults per Night: 2 - 3
Other Specialties Onsite: General Surgery, Emergency Department, Cardiology, Critical Care (daylight hours only). Open ICU concept.
Privilege Type: Full
Typical Day: Will round on patients. Would be working alongside another nocturnist APP who can support the locum. Working 7p-7a and covering floor calls from admissions.
