Job Description
- Internal & Family Medicine MD, DO or NP
- Start: ASAC
- Full time - must commit to 3 months minimum
- 4 - 10 HR days or 5 - 9 hour days
- Providers work 4 days a week
- No weekends, no call
- Outpatient (2 patients per hour)
- When staffed, 7 doctors
- EMR: Epic
- OR CSR, Board Certified & BLS
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- 60 Day credentialing
- Provider must prescribe
- Must be willing to see new patients
