Job Description
- Internal & Family Medicine MD/DO/ NP
- Start: September 2023
- Looking to fill 4 days a week
- 8a-5pm Monday-Thursday and on Friday' s 8am-4pm No weekends
- No weekends, no call
- Provider must prescribe
- OR CSR, Board Certified & BLS
- Experience: 2 years of primary care - all ages
- 60 day credentialing
- Outpatient (2 patients per hour)
- Staffing Mix: When staffed, 7 doctors
