Locum APP - Urgent Care - southeast Colorado
- Must have active state license
- Vaccination Required? Yes
- Certifications required: BLS & ACLS - Must have CO Medicaid #
- Credentialing 2-3 weeks
- Dates: June 1, 2023 -July 31, 2023
- 40 days (approximately)
- Work Schedule Mon - Tues - Wed - Fri; Can be 8 or 10hrs.
