Job Description

Start: January 2, 2023
Dates: 1/2-1/15, 1/28-2/12, 2/25-3/12, 3/25-4/9, 4/22-5/6, 5/20-6/4, 6/18-6/30. (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off)
14 shifts per month - 8A-5P (Mon-Fri)
Weeknight, Weekend call rotation. 8a-8a; 1 weekend per month linked to week they are in clinic. Call is 8am Friday – 8am Monday.
MD/DO
Provider must prescribe
WA CSR, BC, BE & ACLS
Credentialing: 60 Days – Temps for clean providers
Inpatient/Outpatient Rotation (10-14 in clinic – 0-5 in hospital)
Staff: MD, PA and multispecialty
EMR: EPIC – must be proficient
