Job Description

Will the client wait for a license? Must have active OR license
Expenses: Will pay for travel
Vaccination Required? COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
Does the Provider need to prescribe? Yes
Mon-Fri (weekends off) – Full month each month – 20 shifts (can be split between 2 providers)
Start Date: June Start 1
Dates: June - September with possibility of extension
LOA (# of days worked): Mon – Fri (In house) NIGHTS
Work Schedule: 7P-7A
Call Schedule: No Call
Certifications required: BC or BE – ACLS, BLS (ATLS preferred)
(General Surgery, do not have to be boarded in Critical Care)
Background Experience: Acute Care/Trauma minimum of 2 years
Credentialing Requirements/Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Inpatient or Outpatient: Inpatient
EMR: EPIC
Level 2 trauma center acute surgery
An acute care surgeon who can back up a trauma surgeon – not primary trauma call.
And would in turn be backed up by the trauma surgeon.
