- Adult Spanish-speaking demographic
Outpatient – IL (Multi-Sites \ Centralized scheduling)
Diagnoses: Bipolar, mood disorders, serious mental illness interfering with everyday life, substance use, schizophrenia, schizo-affect, psychosis. Dual Diagnosis.
Languages: English & Spanish Bi-Lingual
Hours: Monday – Friday 8-5 CST
Appointment times: 60/30 or 60/20 Depending on the patient’ s acuity level
Patients per day: 16-18
Suboxone waiver: Required
Call: 8A – 8A phone coverage (rotating weekend and holiday schedule)
