Job Description
GREATER PHILADELPHIA REGION – JEFFERSON HEALTH – CRNA NEEDS
- High Demand for CRNAs in Philly only for now (they are all set on South Jersey needs) – Need at least 25 Perm Full-Time CRNAs throughout the system
- Competition in the area includes Cooper, Inova, Hackensack, Penn, Rutgers and Temple
- 18 hospitals (2 are Level 1 Trauma) – also have Neuro Advance Surgical Center
- Shifts can include 8 or 12 hour shifts plus weekend and evening call is needed
- Procedures include but not limited to OB, GI, Dental, eyes, ortho, Heads and Hearts (Cardiac), Trauma Level 1 (metro area shootings, stabbings, etc.) – No transplants
- They can accommodate all needs and desires depending on the CRNA. (from flexible, non trauma cases to very extreme life-threatening needs)
- Mix of supervisory from Anesthesiologists and a mix of doing their own cases
- Compensation –
- Fresh grads - $194K plus extra shifts per month and weekend call, able to make up to $210K
- Signing Bonus Available - $75K – 25k paid after 1st 30 days, 25K paid after completion of year 2 and 25k paid after completion of year 3
- No tuition reimbursement
- Relocation is negotiable on a case by case basis depending on candidate – between 5k-10k
- Full Benefits and medical malpractice paid by client
- Interview Process
- Initial phone or virtual phone call
- 2nd round is an onsite visit – client pays for all travel, meals, hotel, etc.
- Candidate can expect to receive offer within 2 weeks
- Privileging timeline is between 90-120 days on average
