Job Description
- MD/AP – must have completion of Psych Residency
- Start: ASAP (Every week, ongoing)
- Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday (10 HRS total)
- No call schedule
- Outpatient (volume: varies – 15 minutes for follow ups, 30 minutes for an evaluation)
- Staff: Other MDS, Midlevels & Medical Assistants
- Provider must prescribe
- FL CSR, BC/BE
- Background: Child, Adolescent & Adult
- Only credentialing required is enrollment in FL Medicaid (6-8 weeks if not already enrolled)
