Job Description
- Start: ASAP post credentialed
- Dates: 3/5 days on site. Would prefer 5 but is okay with down to 3 days
- Schedule: 5 day model: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, 3 day model: Tuesday-Thursday 8a-5p
- No call schedule
- Inpatient & Outpatient (39 diagnositcs a day for the facility and 10/12 procedures)
- Types of procedures: plan files, CT, Ultrasound, Mammo, on site diagnostic Mammo

Job Requirements
- BC Mammographer willing and able to do Diagnostic Radiology
- Solo coverage
- Provider must prescribe
- Indiana CSR
- Background: all levels of experience with clinical training
- EMR: Sectora
- 45 day credentialing max
