Eastern North Carolina - locum Hospitalist
- ASAP start - August 7a-7p
- Seeking BC Hospitalists to provide coverage for team.
- Details: 12 hour shifts [7am-7pm]
- Inpatient daytime rounder
- 0-1 admissions daily only as backup as 2 dedicated admitters on day team
- average starting census of 15-17
- EMR: EPIC
- Inpatient only
- Will accept Internal Medicine physicians and Family Medicine physicians with experience
- Consults handled by NP/PA with physician back up
- Level 1 Trauma Center
- No ICU/Critical Care Procedures
- Hospitalists Do Not Run Codes
- Inpatient Census: 15-17 per provider
- Nights coverage: # of Physicians 3, # of APPs 4
- No call, patients covered by 3 MDs, 2 APPS in house
