Job Description

Permanent - Charge Nurse - Pennsylvania

Type: Direct Hire
Title: Charge Nurse
Reports to: Administrator/Director of Nursing
# of Direct Reports: 20 clinical employees (RN, Tech, MA’ s)
Schedule: Early mornings, 6: 30 AM/7: 00 AM – 2: 30 PM/4: 00 PM, Monday – Friday with a Saturday every other week
- (you can offset this Saturday with a weekday off) Flexibility needed – 8 hour day (7-3 average day)
Basic Details:

Must be an active NY RN
Previous experience in ASC is preferred
GI or Endo experience is ideal, but not required
Bi-Lingual Spanish required/highly preferred
Acute care experience necessary

Prior leadership experience is required, a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position
